Okitu House at Tatapouri Factor in New Zealand is the height of cool. With opinions of both bay and beach, this amazing hilltop seaside home rests above its beautiful, luxurious natural environment, adhering to the ground with its recreational, low-profile form. This seaside bungalow was designed, at the customers' ask for, to be big enough to provide relatives, yet still maintain a comfortable physical appearance. The designer used a modern, T-shaped plan to give it space while providing that sense of comfort that is typically lost in big homes. This seaside home style features two wings that provide enough while providing solitude, and allow for a wonderful included outdoor home with a perspective of the water through the glass-enclosed, see-through existing space inside.
